The form requests a name, one email address or phone number and the property location. You may optionally provide the property type, number of properties and a message. Do not include identity documents, bank details or guest information.

Why we use it

We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you and discuss a possible partnership. For a management proposal, processing concerns the pre-contractual steps you request. For other enquiries, it concerns our legitimate interest in responding to your request. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and access

When enquiries are enabled, details are stored in a database accessible to authorised apartentia administrators. We use Cloudflare services for hosting and form protection.

Retention and your rights

Details are retained to assess and follow up the enquiry and, if a partnership begins, in line with the relevant obligations. You can request information, access, correction or deletion, and contact the relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies and technical information

This version does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. When the form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile protects against automated submissions and may process browser information for that purpose.
